2. It is recommended that all mares have a uterine culture and cytology taken within two (2) months prior to the anticipated breeding date, with results found to be acceptable for successful conception and maintenance of pregnancy by the mare.

3.All veterinary fees and shipping charges relating to this breeding are the responsibility of the mare owner.

a) The collection of semen shipped to the mare owner will be subject to a collection charge of $ 100.00 .  Shipping fees will be charged at cost. These charges are the responsibility of the mare owner.

b) The booking fee, and  the breeding fee  must have been received by Three Point Farm in the form of cash, money order, certified check or major credit prior to the shipment of any semen. If payment is received by ordinary check, Three Point Farm retains the option to delay shipment of semen until the check is known to have cleared the banking system. Any charges for additional collections, if required, are due upon receipt of the semen shipment. All shipping charges will be billed to mare owner.

4. Shipped semen will be sent in an Equitainer. A $300.00 deposit is required for the container (accept when credit card is used). The shipping container must be returned within 2 days after insemination. A $10 a day fee will be charged to mare owner for everyday after
